Our Water Views

The 34 units are divided into six buildings which sit on a 270 degree circle hugging a private sea wall.  Every townhouse has a waterfront view and shareholders keep time with the tides. Throughout the year Poningo Neck is blessed with spectacular sunsets as the setting sun moves south from the harbor to the golf course to the boat basin and back again.

Bird Watching

A federally protected wildlife habitat that attracts egrets, herons, mute swans, cormorants, and an occasional osprey or eagle surrounds Poningo Neck's property.
